- Once your orders are confirmed through email or SMS, you'll have to remit payment according to the mode of payment you chose.

8. What happens if I received a damage product?
- Your ordered products will only be delivered to you via POSLAJU (within Malaysia only) as soon as your payment has been verified.
- For customers residing outside Malaysia, we will send the products via REGISTERED MAIL and the postage rate will be different depending on the country you are staying.
- For cash on delivery method, we will provide door-to-door service to deliver your ordered goods to your specified destination and the payment shall be made upon delivery. You may also self collect at our store located at 23B, Jalan Berjaya, Sibu, Sarawak.
- If your order is un-delivered or lost, we will refund the complete order amount to you within (14) working days.
5. Is there any delivery charges?
- For all purchases/orders above RM200.00, we will deliver your products to your doorstep for free (Only applicable for customers residing in Malaysia). Or
- Shipping or delivery charges of RM10.00 will be applicable for all purchases/orders below RM200.00. (Only applicable for customers residing in Malaysia)
- For customers residing outside Malaysia, we will notify you through email for the shipping fee or delivery charges to your destination.
6. How long will it take to receive the ordered products?
- We attempt to process every order within (24) hours and ship it the next working day. However, exact shipping time depends on the availability on certain products. Depending on the shipping address within (Malaysia), delivery may take place between (1-2) working days. In some rare cases, due to inaccurate address, delivery may take place within (3-4) working days.
- For international shipment, delivery may take 14 to 21 working days.
7. Return of products
- Goods purchased are not returnable.
8. What happens if I received a damage product?
- This happens very rarely. But if you do receive a damaged product, you can return the product to us and we will refund the amount you paid or the product itself.
- Please make sure to send the images of products to our customer support team at royalb[email protected] and we will contact you.
- Please take note that all damaged products received should be informed to customer support team within (24) hours after receiving.
